*Spinach Dip*
1 box chopped spinach (defrost in microwave and then squeeze very well)
1 lg sour cream
1 bunch scallions chopped fine (food processor)
1 can water chestnuts (chopped - not to fine) (food processor)
1 box Knorr Leek dip mix (in soup isle)
Mix the Leek mix and sour cream and spinach. Remember to squeeze very
well. Then chop the scallions and water chestnuts. Mix well again.
You can make the night before because it tastes better the next day.
Scoop into a bread bowl and enjoy! Use the top of bread bowl and a loaf
of french bread (sweet or sour) cut up to dip with.
